Make this Business Club work for you by surveying our visitors.

Brighton Business Club has a clear mandate to ensure its attendees and ultimately its members receive the best possible range of business support when they visit our meetings. We believe that more needs to be done to support Companies In Brighton and as such we will be focusing our efforts differently.
Yes, many of us know each other and yes we need to meet regularly to improve those business relationships. But what about other market places and geographic locations? What about business support? What about professional business development?
Join us as we embark on the journey of a business group breaking the norm, breaking barriers and breaking the myth that small and medium business should only think locally!
For the past 5 years we have been forcibly told to “Be Local & Buy Local”, reduce our carbon footprint, be ethical and to be good corporate citizens! But what does this all mean and how do we measure the required investment?
Small wonder that most business owners we speak to are concerned that by not acceding to these (mostly subjective) instructions it may make them look like a pariah of pollution!
With a pragmatic & practical approach to the application of a strong Environment, Social and Governance, (ESG) ethos we are aiming to build upon the outstanding success of our founding group the Deans Business Club (see foot note). Learning from some years of experience within the Brighton Business Community, Brighton Business Club is Generation II of The Deans. We aim to establish ourselves as a vibrant, knowledgeable and valued part of the Brighton Business community.
We will be providing a service that helps business owners meet the correct requirements of a logical and objective environmental compliance and to be profitable whilst being ethical, not to mention understanding and filtering all the green wash thrust upon you in todays complicated business landscape. Our members and attendees will also benefit from our International Trade efforts as we will be actively seeking new markets and promoting members to a much wider business audience across the UK and will work with established Business Groups outside of Brighton and the UK.
Businesses should be able to demonstrate that they are conscious of People and Planet whilst making a sustainable and Fair profit.
More will be disclosed at our Launch meeting on 20th April 2012 in Brighton. Please visit our meetings page for the full details.
Foot note:
Our heritage has been established through the Deans Business Club which has been a very successful business networking provider and regularly attracted numerous Companies in Brighton to its meetings in the ‘Deans area’. It also succeeded in attracting 1000’s of attendees and 100’s of businesses from across the South East to a small neglected part of Brighton called the ‘Deans’. Imagine what we can do by applying the same approach for Brighton Business!
Membership application criteria and benefits will be unveiled during 2012. To find out more please contact Paul Yates-Smith on 01273 447121, join our mailing list or send a message via our CONTACT US page.
